In an attempt to cater to a world-wide customer base, and because some people just don’t have the time to request an in-person visit from a technician, we’re offering short-term E-mail and remote support contracts. This means that you can ask for help from Ennergi Technical Solutions about any computer related problem and receive a guaranteed response within 24 hours. If the problem is more severe than what we can help to fix via e-mail, we can log into your computer remotely and attempt to fix the problem for you. While your contract is in effect, there is no limit to the amount of time we spend answering e-mails to address your problem.

This is a very cost effective method of keeping your computer up to date and running efficiently, and for having the peace of mind that an Ennergi technician is only an e-mail away to answer your questions. The current cost for a 3 month E-mail and remote support contract with Ennergi Technical Solutions is $100.


Small Business Support

Ennergi Technical Solutions offers a superior level of technology support for our business clients at a modest rate. We support the technologies commonly used by small businesses, such as networking, security, E-mail systems, remote access, VoIP and videoconferencing for meetings. Ennergi Technical Solutions is a one-stop-shop for technology support and implementation for your small business, whether you sell products online from your home, meet with clients at your office or sell merchandise from a store front.

There are certain key technologies that are necessary for the function of any business. For example, company E-mail and file sharing are basic functions necessary for communicating with clients and inter-office between employees. Ennergi Technical Solutions can keep these systems functional while also providing basic support for client workstations, network printing, Internet access and more.

Ennergi technicians can redesign your company’s network to be more efficient and cost effective, or implement a new network entirely. Wireless networks are an option as well, which are often more cost effective than standard wired networks while offering the same level of security. $35 service fee per incident*

Consumer E-mail and Remote Support
3-month agreement - $100

Guaranteed response within 24 hours for all requests.

Small Business Support
$50 service fee per incident*
$145 per hour

Minimum of one hour required for all visits.

We understand that consumers and small businesses have limited funds to spend on technical support. Our rates are therefore competitive to accommodate the non-corporate market we specialize in. Fees are broken down into two groups - consumer support and small business support. This is necessary due to the nature of the technical problems associated with home computers versus small business networks and workstations.

Our rates are charged by the hour, not by the task. We feel it is confusing for the consumer to see a long list of charges for one technician visit, which invariably adds up to be more money than a standard base hourly rate. When you are visited by an Ennergi technician, any problem or question you have can be addressed on the spot for one low, base rate.

Invoicing and Information
For your convenience, billing is accepted either while the technician is on-site, electronically by E-mail (with credit card payment available) or through a mailed invoice. We accept checks and major credit cards. New clients will be supplied with a user ID, password and URL where they can go to pay an invoice and obtain useful information about their Ennergi Technical Solutions account.
